Vintage Matchbook Cover Devon Gables Tea Room Starlit Lounge Dining for 700 Michigan

This is a vintage used item, in good used condition, with some signs of age/wear; the matchbook has had matches removed, striking strip has been trimmed off, there is light rubbing to surface of paper, mild edgewear and associated corner wear, fading to interior. Overall paper quality is good; smooth/glossy, with good preservation of color/sheen and typography still sharp/clear. There are no excessive nicks, chips, rips, tears, perforations, stains, residue or repairs.

The matchbook cover measures approx 1.5" x 4" and contains no matches, which was the acceptable guideline for matchbook collecting up until the 1960's and is part of a collection of over 2300 matchbook covers from the 1930's to the 1970's.
